MEET OUR FOUNDER
John Gaker
John, the founder of Ready Set Care, combines a background in finance with over a decade of teaching experience to lead our team with compassion and expertise. As a youth leader since 2014, John has dedicated his life to supporting young people and filling gaps in community services. He believes in treating others with the same respect and dignity he would want for himself and his loved ones. John's friendly and approachable nature, along with his strong Christian values, shapes the supportive and welcoming environment at Ready Set Care.
